    Default 348 Chain Tensioner Pads

    Hello 348 owners.

I'm getting a chain tensioner made up and have bought enough material to get 10 made whilst the CNC machine is set. Cost price will be 40 each and wondered if anyone might also want one?

Hi Nick - Yes Im going to get one made up first as the critical dimension is where it slides on the holder. Will let you know.

I'm guessing these are still hard to get hold of, as mine was stuck on the ramp awaiting part for nearly 2months. Eventually got the modified version from a dealers in France sat on their shelves. This issue has apparently been popping up on a number of 348s now, with Rardleys having the same problem sourcing over Xmas. Ferrari modified the part rather than own up it's got an issue with the design, and on back order....how long is anyones guess

Ive got the pads back now and very pleased with them, they are a perfect fit over the original holder

Unfortunately I had to add VAT to the machining so if anyone would like one, I can do them at 50 each including postage to the UK if ok? (Better than the 250 from Ferrari if available) PM me if you'd like one
