    looks like a standard conversion kit, and 'someone once told him' that it was a ferrari conversion... I suspect.

    The "Full" conversion kit by Ferrari obviously didn't extend to the rear wings and engine cover

    OR gearbox, engine, etc even badge is wrong as the f1 was paddle. just a 348 with a few 355s bits stuck on - certainly not by ferrari.

    Easily explained. The 348 is a Moose whereas the 355 is a thing of great beauty. The owner obviously wanted to convert his ugly duckling into a beautiful swan.
